i have hurt my wrist from punching the unch bag and the pain happens only in my right wrist every timei punch?
keep bein told to rest it, but i am 16 and want 2 become a professional boxer. how long should i rest my wrist for ? because every time i punch the punch bag with my right hand my hand hurts and i wear wrist wraps how long should i rest it ?
Don’t do any punching for several days and be sure and WRAP your hands and wrists properly. If wrapped correctly you shouldn’t have any pain from using your heavy or speed bag.
