Therapy Inversion
How to relieve my back pain without causing leg soreness?
For the last couple of weeks i’ve been experimenting with ankle boots to relieve back pain but have found that it is nearly impossible to stay hanging for over 5 minutes per session due to the extreme pain and burning sensations it causes in my legs.
Does anyone have an alternative way on how to safely perform inversion therapy? (Besides inversion tables – Something cheaper!)
or you could go to a chiropractor :
