Hi I was a colon hydrotherapist for 2 years in Australia. And it is very benifical, althought I have heard the pricing over their are outragous! What you can do is goto your chemist and pick up an Enema/ Douch Kit. Basically a little tube with a hose attached. Boil some organic coffee for 2 hr, let it cool to body temp and then give yourself an enema. and then give yourself 1 water enema per day for a week. When you feel full don’t hold it hop on the toilet and then re insert. Otherwise take a lovelly holiday some where, where colonics are more resonable. I would always pick colonics over enemas for effectivness.

There is both good and bad bacteria in the colon we need a balance. But with todays diet etc it’s mostly bad( Not to mention all the other nastises I’ve seen come out of the tube), so it’s good to have a good wash out, so after your colonic you can make sure you take plenty of good bacterias.
