Hi…does the sauna slim belt really helps to reduce tummy ? or is there any side effects.
No. It’s a gimmick. Do cardiovascular excercise to increase your heart rate and burn fat. Sit ups help, but if you do them improperly, your stomach will puff out. I suggest you get a DVD/video on pilates. Jennifer Kries is an excellent instructor. Denise Austin is a good instructor for abdominal exercises. The key is to suck your tummy in when doing ab work. If you let the muscles puff outward, then your muscles will develop OUTward and you won’t get that flat appearance.
