Bodybuilding and progress?
I am 33 years old planning to start body building. What is my potential? Can i become mister Olympia? Or can i gain a lot of muscles naturally? Only proteins and food without any steroids. Am myself quite strong, 117 kilos, 185 cm height, not much fat, heavy strong body, never did any body building.

Yeah you have the potential.You sound like a big guy.Well I don’t know about the age but it’s good.You say you never did body building.But you might have done push ups or exercise.But in my opinion you might weight kind of too much.250 pounds?You could,but try to lose weight and workout first.Until you get a little stronger.Then start doing your body building.But anyways you got to have some experience.But anyone has the potential I got to say.You could get a lot of muscles naturally by working out.Yeah I think so.But as I said.Try losing some weight.Heavy strong body might help you.(Strong body might help you)Heavy,not so much.Remember about the running machines.You might last running 3-4 minutes.Maybe a little more.(but going fast on the speed track)So anyone has the potential,all I am trying to tell you lose some weight if you want to body build.Because you will get tired fast.You need to have speed and some muscles.Exercise and eat healthy first.But try it out.See what it is like.But if you are getting tired.Then do what I told you.Anyways you could body build if you want ain’t telling you not to go.You can go if you wanted the second choice you can follow if you want more power and speed.Thanks!
